Senior GMP Production Specialist / Shiftlead* (m/w/d)
LGC Group seeks a Senior GMP Production Specialist/Shiftlead to oversee compliant manufacturing processes and lead production operations at a new Berlin facility. The role involves process management, documentation, team support, and continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct GMP-compliant manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production workflow
- Ensure complete and timely documentation of all relevant production activities
- Provide technical support to staff, guide onboarding, and serve as point of contact in daily operations
- Collaborate with quality control and other departments to maintain smooth production
- Lead qualification, validation, and improvement initiatives; continuously develop processes and equipment
Requirements
- Completed training as chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in GMP environments and cleanroom operations
- Knowledge of GMP-compliant documentation and responsible work practices
- First leadership experience and strong teamwork and communication skills
- High reliability, independence, fluent German and English, willingness to work two-shift schedule Monday–Friday
