What you will do:

• Evaluate grid connection feasibility and capacity availability with DSOs during early-stage PV project development.

• Assess grid-related risks, timelines, and costs to support site selection and project prioritization.

• Coordinate and optimize grid connection options with grid operators and external service providers.

• Advise team members on statements and requirements from grid operators.

• Manage external services and costs related to grid connections for solar power plants.

• Maintain grid connection reservations and technical conditions throughout the development phase, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

• Act as the primary grid connection interface for development, engineering, and external consultants.

What you bring & who you are:

• Vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, or renewable energy.

• Specialization in grid connection and a solid understanding of German DSO procedures, guidelines, and application portals.

• Ability to interpret grid studies, connection offers, and technical conditions at MV and HV levels (TAB).

• Initiative, results-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus.
