As a Senior Software Developer (gn) , you play a key role in this journey. You don’t just deliver features – you actively help reduce technical bottlenecks, modernize existing systems and significantly increase your team’s delivery capability. • You design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services, with a backend-leaning focus
• Where required for delivery, stability or safe migration, you actively contribute to changes in legacy systems
• You translate business requirements into clean technical specifications, meaningful solution designs and robust implementations
• You identify and improve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling and structural delivery obstacles
• Existing systems are continuously improved by you through refactoring, decoupling and pragmatic modernization during live operation
• You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads and Engineers to clarify business rules and technical dependencies
• Junior engineers are supported by you through code reviews, technical sparring and living best engineering practices

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• You have strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot or comparable stacks
• You are comfortable working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systems
• You turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutions
• APIs, integration patterns, data models and operational implications of technical decisions are familiar to you
• You value high engineering standards: testability, code quality, maintainability and production awareness
• You confidently use AI tools as productivity enablers without compromising quality or accountability
