As a Senior Business Automation Developer (all genders), you will join a high-visibility team set up to automate core operational processes across flaconi. You will help establish this new initiative from scratch, defining frameworks, best practices, and execution standards while enjoying technical freedom to select the tools and stacks that best solve complex problems. Staying on top of cutting-edge AI will be an integral part of your day-to-day role.

Your Role

• Take the lead in setting up the new Automation team, building frameworks and best practices alongside leadership.
• Challenge the status quo of existing business processes across operational departments to execute high-impact automation opportunities.
• Architect and deploy multi-step, intelligent workflows and AI agents that handle dynamic, multi-branch business logic.
• Configure and manage GitHub Actions to schedule, automate, and deploy background tasks securely.
• Write clean, modular scripts (Google Apps Script, Go, Python) to build custom features where visual tools reach their limits.
• Interface directly with department heads to audit manual workflows and convert them into smooth, digital pipelines.
• Act as a technical mentor to team members, guiding best practices in version control, AI utilization, and execution.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Engineering, workflow engineering, rapid prototyping, or full-stack/AI software engineering.
• Proven experience using AI coding assistants and platforms (e.g., Vercel eve, GitHub Copilot, Gemini/AI tools, LLMs/APIs) to rapidly build functional apps or complex workflow agents.
• Strong technical fluency and hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Google Apps Script, Go, GitHub Actions & internals & Workflow design, API authentication (OAuth2), modular scripting, and data transformations.
• Prior experience in cross-functional automation or rapid-response task force environments.
• Strong operational mindset, quick decision-making, and project management abilities.
• High curiosity, accountability, and the confidence to challenge legacy processes and set clear team goals.
• Background in varied operational environments or technical operations across different industries.
