Senior Product Designer - Fulfillment & Installation (m/f/d)

We're looking for

As a key member of a cross-functional team, you will develop products that streamline renewable energy installations — guiding craftspeople through complex workflows, ensuring quality of installation work, and delivering an exceptional experience for the customers.

If you enjoy this

• Plan and execute user research with different user groups, including craftspeople in the field.

• Map journeys and discover improvement potential across complex operational processes and multiple product surfaces.

• Collaborate with the team to develop cohesive and scalable solutions connecting user needs, business objectives and technical feasibility.

• Leverage user research results to influence decisions in stakeholder meetings.

• Contribute to and iterate on the design system.

• You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

• Comfortable to work with uncertainty, autonomously looking for answers in the complex field.

• Capable of strategic design execution, combining business understanding, problem-solving, and goal focus.

• Good at writing design documents, mapping userflows and building contextual prototypes to communicate the solution at the appropriate level of detail.

• Understanding of code structures and engineering principles beyond the UI surface.

• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems.

• Professional working proficiency in German (C1) and English (C2)
