Tagetik Manager and Senior Manager | Germany (Remote) | Full-Time

Henderson Drake is working with a global advisory consultancy to find a Manager and Senior Manager to help build their Tagetik practice in Germany.

The firm is well established internationally and has made a deliberate decision to build a Tagetik practice in Germany. That means joining early, having real influence over how the practice takes shape, and working within a culture that is low on admin and high on autonomy. The path to Director and Partner is real and clearly defined for those who deliver.

The roles are open to candidates already based in Germany and to EU citizens currently based elsewhere who are open to relocating.

What you will be doing:

• Lead Tagetik implementations end to end, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to delivery and client sign-off
• Work directly with finance stakeholders across FP&A, consolidation, and reporting to design and configure effective Tagetik solutions
• Take full ownership of client relationships and project delivery, operating independently from the outset
• Define best practices, contribute to methodology development, and play an active role in shaping the German practice
• Support pre-sales activity and contribute to the growth of the client base as the practice expands

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on Tagetik consulting experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
• Deep knowledge of FP&A and consolidation processes, with scripting experience valued
• A strong consulting background with a track record of leading complex Tagetik projects independently
• Comfortable managing senior client relationships across a varied client base
• Based in Germany or an EU citizen open to relocating
