Senior Product Manager - Customer Facing (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Customer Facing teams, working along a cross-functional group of engineers, designers shaping how millions of customers buy and sell pre-owned electronics and media on rebuy. You'll use data and continuous customer discovery to identify the opportunities that matter most, make smart trade-offs, and ship iteratively to learn fast. You'll work closely with engineering and design to turn insights into measurable outcomes, while keeping stakeholders aligned through clear communication and well-reasoned strategy. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Customer Discovery and Validation: Uncover underlying customer needs through regular research, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to identify key opportunities

• Own Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a clear, business-aligned roadmap, making prioritization decisions with explicit trade-off reasoning and documenting your thinking

• Drive Iterative Development and Learning: Break down problems into testable increments, sequence releases for rapid learning, and design rigorous experiments to inform next steps

• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, analyze performance data to uncover insights and build business cases, combining all evidence to tell a complete story

• Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and communicate strategy, progress, and expectations with clarity across all audiences

• Identify Opportunities: Proactively spot and build business cases for opportunities beyond your immediate scope without derailing core objectives

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-facing digital products

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with data to size opportunities, define metrics, and build business cases

• Experience with continuous discovery practices: customer interviews, assumption testing, and experiment design

• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and statistical concepts for experiment design

• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle

• Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

• Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, Gemini, etc) to accelerate daily work such as research, analysis, writing, and prototyping

• Fluency in English (German is a big plus)
