Product Manager, CMS (all genders)

We are looking for a Product Manager, CMS to take ownership of one of the most strategic parts of our white-label platform: the content management and SEO system. This role is central to helping our transport partners build high-performing digital storefronts while scaling SEO performance and reducing manual configuration through intelligent automation.

You will drive the evolution of our CMS into a flexible, modular, and partner-friendly platform — drive organic acquisition and performance at scale.

What you will do:

• Define and own the roadmap for CMS and SEO within our white-label platform

• Build a multi-tenant CMS that empowers partners to self-configure and personalize their sites

• Automate SEO structure generation (e.g., landing pages, structured data) to maximize organic performance

• Increase partner satisfaction through intuitive UX, efficient onboarding, and scalable tooling

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, SEO, and partner success teams to ensure alignment and execution

• Shorten time-to-market for partner launches through self-service customization tools

• Improve platform performance, scalability, and search visibility

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are:

• You have experience building or managing multi-tenant CMS platforms or white-label tools

• You have a strong understanding of technical SEO and how product architecture impacts performance

• You’re fluent in UX/product thinking, and can translate complex backend systems into partner-friendly tools

• You can balance automation with flexibility, and scale content while preserving quality

• You have excellent communication skills and can align stakeholders across technical and commercial functions

• You’re data-driven and comfortable defining success metrics for SEO and partner engagement
