We are looking for a colleague who has a genuine interest and passion towards the operational side of HR. You'll be working closely with Wolt's country team in Germany, supporting locally on different HR related tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Employee document administration such as maintenance of personal files (hard copy and electronic)
• Taking care of Post related tasks
• Collaborate with our Office Management team on topics that overlap
• Support HR Ops and People Partner in preparing presentations for different events
• Support the ongoing set-up of HR processes and tools
• Organizing Team Activities

What we expect from you

• You're willing to invest time to learn more each and every day.
• You are a strong communicator with advanced German and fluent English skills.
• We hope you have a problem-solving and can-do attitude, combined with networking skills.
• You should also work well in a team.
• You master the basic PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace skills to be able to support your colleagues.
