Role Overview

As a Startup Associate , you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and operations of our company. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with leadership across business development, operations, and strategy to drive key initiatives and ensure smooth execution of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, including business development, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Assist in managing relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Develop pitch decks, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
• Help build company culture, support hiring efforts, and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, business operations, or a startup environment (experience in healthcare, biotech, or AI is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, or strategy development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
