Marketing Creative Artist

Do you enjoy making game art that works across campaigns, app stores and community channels and keeping it true to the game’s visual world?

As a Marketing Artist at Snowprint, you’ll help bring Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus to players through high-quality marketing creative. You’ll create assets yourself, work with external partners, and help ensure the work stays consistent with the game’s art direction and IP guidelines.

You’ll join a marketing team of six as its dedicated artist, working closely with the game art team. The role combines hands-on art creation with production and coordination, giving you ownership of a wide range of work and the chance to shape how marketing art develops. Your initial focus will be Tacticus, with the potential to support Snowprint’s new games in the future.

Our portfolio includes Legends of Solgard, Rivengard, and Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, all built with the player experience at the center. At Snowprint, we believe that kindness, curiosity, collaboration, and taking ownership are key to making great games.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll create user acquisition and app store creatives, capture gameplay in Unity, and make assets for community initiatives. The work spans across static images and video, with priorities that can change as campaigns develop.

You’ll help external agencies find the right assets and review their concepts and deliverables for quality, consistency and Warhammer IP compliance. You won’t need to approve every asset: you’ll spot-check work, identify patterns, and know when to bring a question to the Art Director.

You’ll also contribute an art perspective to trailer production alongside the wider team, and explore how Snowprint’s marketing visual identity can develop while staying true to Tacticus. Throughout, you’ll work across marketing and game art sharing work, responding to feedback and helping creative ideas become finished assets.

Is this you?

• You have experience creating marketing art across both static images and video, including assets for user acquisition and app stores.

• You’re comfortable working within an established art direction. You have a strong eye for visual consistency and can apply detailed IP guidelines without losing sight of what makes a creative effective.

• You can make things and help others make them well. You enjoy hands-on creation, but you’re also comfortable briefing external partners, sharing assets and giving useful feedback.

• You can capture gameplay and work with game tools. You have Unity skills, ideally including in-game capture, and are keen to learn more.

• You’re adaptable and collaborative. You can balance planned work with changing priorities, find your way through imperfect processes, and work constructively with people across disciplines.

• You’re confident with creative tools. You use Photoshop and video editing software such as Premiere or After Effects. Experience with Maya or an interest in learning it is welcome.

Where you’ll work

Our Berlin studio is located in Mitte, with a hybrid working model. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction. Other days, you can work from wherever you feel most productive. We provide the setup and tools you need to work comfortably.
