Your Role
As our Operations Intern , you'll participate in high-impact projects while supporting daily operations. You'll build cross-functional bridges, drive process improvements, and help scale our operations with tangible results. You will be working directly with supply chain and last mile delivery functions to ensure things continue to run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive projects end-to-end- from planning through execution, particularly around scaling operations and expanding capabilities.
• Collaborate across teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Ops) to support joint initiatives and optimize inter-departmental processes.
• Assist with daily operational tasks : inventory tracking, warehouse coordination, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Analyze processes , identify bottlenecks, suggest and help implement improvements.
• Support reporting and metrics tracking , aiding data-driven decisions across Ops.
• Take initiative: if you spot a gap—be it a process, template, or playbook—you own it and fix it.

What We’re Looking For

• Enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset : proactive, resourceful, comfortable wearing many hats.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills —you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable working with tools like Excel (or Sheets); bonus points for SQL, Python, BI tools.
• Excellent communication—able to collaborate across levels and functions.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• High self‑motivation and accountability: you’ll own your work with minimal supervision.
• Driver license would be a plus
