You’ve built clarity in boardrooms. Now it’s time to own the outcome – not just the recommendation.

As Head of AI Projects, you’ll lead high-stakes initiatives from 0 to 1 – with full autonomy, strong technical teams, and direct access to C-Level. No hand-holding. No detours.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI MVPs – from kickoff to integration
• Translate complex business problems into actionable, technical outcomes
• Operate with full ownership – no C-Level intervention needed
• Steer cross-functional teams across business, tech, and client stakeholders
• Work directly with the COO to shape scope, structure, and impact
• Build trusted partnerships and become a charismatic force inside and outside our firmHelp define how one of Germany’s most effective AI consultancies delivers breakthrough results

Qualifikation

What sets you apart

You think fast. You move faster. You make things happen – with precision, presence, and a sense of urgency.

You’re a fit if:

• You spent 4–6 years in top-tier consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or similar)
• You’ve worked on AI, digital, or tech-heavy projects – and know how to speak both business and product
• You lead with structure, speed, and ownership – and don’t wait for permission
• You’ve run complex, high-impact initiatives – ideally without constant C-Level alignment
• You naturally earn trust and drive alignment across teams and orgs
• You want to join a tight-knit, high-performance team in Berlin
• You speak and write German at native level and English at C1+
• You care about doing the best work of your career – with people who care as much as you do
