•   Easy onboarding: You’ll conduct webinars, trainings (remote and on-site) to optimally prepare our customers for working with Craftnote
•   Creating customer experiences: You'll analyze customer needs and develop targeted actions—like personalized training, helpful content, or optimized processes
• Meaningful relationships: You'll build and maintain long-term, trustful relationships with our customers, becoming their appreciated go-to contact on equal footing
• Hands-on engagement: You’ll meet our (potential) customers in person at trade fairs and on-site trainings, build connections through open conversations and help them understand Craftnote
• Spotting opportunities: Through daily interactions, you’ll identify ways customers can use Craftnote more successfully - and seize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or winning back former customers
• Support with heart: You'll handle first-level support by answering questions via phone, email, and our ticket system (Zendesk), helping users make the most of our software

• Customer service pro: You have experience in customer support—ideally in onboarding and support—and know how to engage, guide, and inspire people
• Tech-savvy: You have a strong affinity for technology and are experienced in using CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk
• High-level empathy: You truly understand customer needs, communicate effectively, and are great at building trust
•   Proactive and team-driven: You enjoy working independently and actively contributing to team projects
• Strong communicator: You have excellent German and English skills
