About the position

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to own Mindspace’s marketing strategy and execution across all German locations (Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf). You’ll lead a marketing team, build a 360° plan, run it end-to-end, monitor results, and continually optimize to hit company KPIs.

What you’ll do

• Own the Germany marketing plan & budget: Build, execute, measure, and iterate a holistic strategy across digital and offline channels - spanning online ads, lifecycle marketing, PR, influencers, online media, partnerships, OOH, local activations, and events.
• Drive brand awareness: Elevate Mindspace’s brand presence across all cities and audiences.
• Lead go-to-market for new sites: Market analysis, positioning & messaging, launch plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Generate qualified demand: Deliver pipeline for locations, products, and services; partner closely with Sales on targets and funnel health.
• Manage vendors & partners: Brief, select, and oversee agencies and outsourced freelancers.
• Activate the ecosystem: Host and attract flagship events, conferences, and tradeshows that bring the right audiences into our spaces.
• Create compelling collateral: Sales enablement, decks, campaigns, videos, demos, and localized assets.
• Be a cross-functional connector: Work closely with Germany leadership and Mindspace HQ stakeholders to align goals, messaging, and measurement.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & minimum qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing roles - must (experience with luxury brands or startups is a plus).
• Proven experience in people management - must.
• Fluent German and English (written & spoken) - must.
• Experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management — must.
• Bachelor’s degree — must.
• Willingness to travel between Mindspace locations.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) - plus
