Founder's Associate, Product
About the Role
Join the product team as a technical Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape a Voice AI product by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI techniques.
What You'll Do
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems and prioritize product improvements.
Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
Research market opportunities and competitors to inform product strategy.
Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and Voice AI approaches.
Triage product feedback and assess which issues warrant engineering effort.
Support the CTO with recruiting and technical evaluation of engineers.
What We're Looking For
A technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
Experience working with AI or Voice AI systems, or evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to inform product decisions.
Experience with competitive research, product prioritization, and hiring or evaluating engineers.
Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, high ownership, and openness to direct feedback.
Product judgment, commercial instinct, and experience in a fast-moving, experimental environment, ideally with B2C products or platforms.
