We’re a small, ambitious team on a mission to help Europe’s top innovators and leaders make an impact. Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Working Student Social Media Producer (m/f/d) to join our marketing team and help us move into our next phase of our brand development and communications.

• BIA – Change & AI programs for large organizations

Tasks

We’re looking for a fast-thinking and independent Social Media Manager who is a passionate storyteller with a knack for translating ideas into compelling social media posts, blogs, newsletters, etc.

This role is ideal for someone who loves good design, enjoys turning raw material into polished content, and wants to learn how brand-building works in a B2B environment.

• Social Media Content Production: Write, edit, and publish content across platforms, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, Instagram posts, and TikTok.
• Visual Content & Brand Execution: Translate ideas into visually strong formats: posts, designs, videos, etc.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and web traffic to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth in engagement.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled as a student in communications, marketing, media, design or similar.
• You are obsessed with social media, you study formats, trends, hooks, visuals, platform behavior, and what makes content work.
• You have strong visual taste and care about whether a post, slide, carousel, story, or reel looks sharp.
• You are a fast and independent creator who can turn moments into content quickly, for example by live-documenting an event across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok on your own.
• You enjoy creating content and have first experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, Notion, Claude.
• You are curious about B2B brands and want to learn how companies build trust, expertise, and visibility through content.
• You are structured, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines.
• You speak and write in native-level English.
