Junior Artworker

BSI Merch is excited to invite a passionate and detail-driven Junior Artworker to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Berlin. With oces in London, Berlin, and Tokyo, BSI Merch has been a global leader inonline retail and merchandise solutions for over 30 years, working with renowned clients and artistsworldwide. We specialize in creating high-quality, bespoke merchandise and retail solutions for the musicand entertainment industries. In this role you will support the design team by producing technical specification packs, artworking clientfiles to make them print-ready when needed, and working with the Ecomm team to provide all the imageryrequired for our client webstores. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where precisionand consistency are highly valued. Tasks

• Provide day-to-day artworking support to the Head of Design, and wider design department.
• Prepare artwork for various print formats, ensuring all files meet print-ready standards.
• Create high-quality spec sheets and technical specification packs for client briefs and production use.
• Create and prepare all imagery required for our client webstores, supporting the Ecomm team to keep
online ranges consistent and up to date.
• Liaise closely with the production team to ensure all artwork aligns with print requirements, including
colour accuracy, layout, and resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any artworking or print challenges, ensuring smooth transitions from
concept to production.
• Work collaboratively with the A&R, Account Management, Touring, Ecomm, and Production teams to
bring projects to life.

Requirements

• A detail-oriented artworker with a knack for precision and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks eectively in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• An understanding of the print process, including screen printing and apparel printing,
is a significant advantage.
• A passion for the music industry and experience artworking for artists and merchandise.
• Ability to artwork and prepare files across various merchandise items to a consistent, print-ready
standard, keeping up with industry trends and delivering reliable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with cross-functional teams
and clients eectively.
• Full-time availability, with the ability to work on-site in our East Kreuzberg office,
Berlin (5 days per week).
