Our AI runs the full trade and distribution end-to-end: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier; for our partners, it is the most convenient and safe way to do business across borders. Behind it, our software and agentic AI do the heavy lifting that used to take an asset-intensive supply chain with four or five intermediaries and weeks of manual coordination.

What Success Looks Like

A. Channel Marketing

• Campaigns you help plan and execute result in measurable growth in candidate engagement across social media, email, and job platforms.

• Content you create strengthens the company's employer brand and resonates with the target audience.

• You identify and optimize high-performing channels , making campaigns more effective over time.

• Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team ensures consistent and impactful messaging across all recruitment channels.

B. University Partnerships

• Relationships you build with universities, student organizations, and career centers lead to expanded early-talent pipelines .

• Campus events and initiatives you support deliver high engagement and positive candidate experiences .

• Feedback from universities and students informs strategic improvements in partnership programs.

• Campus ambassador programs and outreach activities enhance the company's presence and employer brand on key campuses.
