Marketing Manager, Surgical Technologies (Europe)

Within our Surgical Technologies division, you will lead a diverse and strategically critical team across Europe. Our products are designed to provide innovative solutions to help healthcare professionals operate in a safer, more efficient, and more sustainable operating room.

We are looking for an execution-focused, people-first leader who can translate strategy into impactful results across diverse markets in Europe. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will guide a distributed team of 6 Product Managers across multiple countries, shaping both regional direction and local market success.

What You will Do

As a Marketing Manager (Europe), you will drive both regional strategy and local market excellence:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers across Europe

• Define and execute portfolio strategy across multiple markets.

• Empower teams to shape and execute local strategies aligned with regional priorities.

• Translate marketing vision into clear, actionable plans across countries.

• Coach on market positioning, competitive insights, and growth opportunities

• Drive data-led decision-making, balancing regional insights with local intelligence.

• Establish pricing strategies, including country-specific considerations and contracts.

• Optimise portfolio structure to maximise brand equity across diverse markets.

• Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and reporting at regional and local levels.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.

• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment across divisions and geographies.

What You Bring

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading international or geographically distributed teams.

• 5+ years in medical devices marketing or sales

• 2+ years in people leadership

• Strong understanding of European healthcare markets and dynamics

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across cultures.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Ability to manage complexity, multiple markets, and competing priorities.

• Confidence operating within a matrixed, cross-divisional organisation.
