We are looking for a motivated Commercial Planning & Analytics Intern (all genders) to join our growing commercial team of 3. As an intern, you will support driving data-informed decision-making across our commercial operations.If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a growing beauty ecommerce company, then we would love to hear from you!

• Support commercial planning activities across all markets by assisting the team in defining and tracking short- and long-term commercial goals in collaboration with departments such as marketing, fulfillment, and assortment.
• Help analyze sales performance and key metrics to assess commercial effectiveness. Provide insights and learnings under guidance from senior team members.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends and insights. Use tools such as SQL, Python to support data extraction and analysis under supervision.
• Participate in the development of tools and processes with the data analytics team, bringing a fresh perspective and eagerness to learn.
• Monitor daily business performance, flag potential issues. Support in evaluating the success of onsite campaigns and initiatives.
• Handle ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to special projects, supporting the team in delivering insights that aid decision-making.

• Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis or processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or G-Suite, SQL, Python knowledge is a must, previous experience with Tableau as a plus
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
• Business fluency in English and effective communication skills

• Full transparency: For compulsory internships, we have a salary range between 830€ and 1700€ gross per month. The offer we make you will always be within this range and is based on your performance during the recruiting process and the progress of your studies. For voluntary internships, we pay minimum wage.
