Study Abroad Sales Consultant - International Student Recruitment
Are you passionate about education and helping students achieve their dreams abroad? Join Work and Study Travel ( ) as a Sales Education Consultant and guide Germans in discovering life-changing study abroad opportunities in Ireland , in partnership with ELI Schools .
What you’ll do:
- Promote and sell study abroad programs to German.
- Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities and drive sales.
- Generate organic leads through outreach, partnerships, and on-the-ground initiatives.
- Advise students on course options, accommodations, and cultural experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
What we offer:
- Monthly base salary of €1,200 + commission of around €1,500 per month = €2,700
- Opportunity to work remotely from Italy.
- Training and support from a passionate, international team.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in the study abroad or education industry.
- Strong B2C sales experience, particularly converting cold leads into opportunities.
- Initiative-driven, able to generate leads independently through partnerships and outreach.
- Advanced English is required; Spanish is highly valued as a plus.
- Motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for travel, culture, and helping students achieve their goals.
