Tasks

Your role:

We’re looking for a Data Science Engineer (m/f/d) to develop AI/ML solutions that improve ad decisioning, creative optimization, forecasting, and automation in digital advertising.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement AI/ML algorithms for advertising use cases.
• Process and prepare structured and unstructured data for modelling.
• Build and maintain predictive models, dashboards, and automated reports.
• Identify trends and insights in large datasets, ensuring data privacy and security.
• Run experiments to test and refine new algorithms.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to turn ideas into reality - from first prototype to production-ready systems.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML developments and bring fresh ideas into our products.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in digital advertising.
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages.
• Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• A collaborative mindset and the drive to see projects through to impact.
