Sales Manager - Managerin (m/w/d)
Nova Post Deutschland is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager in Berlin . If you have experience managing clients from the first contact to contract signing, and are results-oriented , we will be happy to welcome you to our team.
Tasks
- Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing
- Product and service presentations during meetings or online
- Conducting negotiations, handling objections, and establishing partnerships
- Preparing individual commercial offers
- Cooperation with the account management team and client handover after deal closure
- Working with the CRM system and reports
- Monitoring the market, competitors, and providing feedback
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
- German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independence, proactivity, and result orientation
