Principal, Fulfillment Operations - Quick Commerce

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Principal, Fulfilment Operations to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. You’ll help build technology that scales our non-food offerings, reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team, you’ll make Delivery Hero the go-to platform for a broad range of products, helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

• Own a set of Operations KPIs, being responsible to build strategies and projects to improve them.

• Conduct data analysis and perform analytical modeling in order to draw actionable operational insights with a focus on optimizing the balance between costs and service levels of our Dmarts (Dark stores).

• Partner with our in-house data and analytics team to build out an effective and intelligent reporting capability that helps drive impactful business actions.

• Develop deep expertise in all our Product & Back Office tools and collaborate with the Product team to ensure tools are built to generate required data in addition to driving business impact.

• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal projects and team meetings.

• Work closely with management providing insights to help shape the strategy of the business.

Qualifications

• You have at least 8 years of working experience in management consulting. Experience in e-commerce and last-mile logistics is a big plus.

• You have a degree in computer sciences, management, economics, mathematics, engineering, or statistics.

• You are a master in working with SQL, Data Studios and Google Sheets/Google Slides. 

• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across the organization. You are comfortable presenting to senior management.

• You are a results-oriented individual who is not afraid of wearing multiple hats to get the job done and thrives in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
