Ready to kick off or reshape your career in tech sales? Join us at our Sales Career Day, a full-day, hands-on hiring experience at Shiftmove HQ in Berlin. You’ll go through 80% of our hiring process in just one day and could receive an offer shortly after. This is your chance to see what it’s like to be part of a fast-growing, purpose-driven company shaping the future of mobility.

Who We're Looking For

Whether you’re just starting out, changing careers, or looking for your next challenge, we encourage you to apply. We’re especially excited to meet people who:

• Have strong communication skills in German (C1 to C2) and in English (B2)
• Are excited about working in tech and mobility

You don’t need a traditional background in sales or tech. If you bring the motivation, we’ll help you grow the skills.

• Cost: Free to attend! We’ll provide food, drinks & Shiftmove swag (travel is at your own expense)
