Lifecycle Manager

About the opportunity

As a Lifecycle Manager, you will take ownership of the lifecycle communication strategy for a core domain within our Lifecycle team. In this role, you will bridge customer insight and business growth by translating analytics into impactful customer journeys, optimising customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and accelerating Primary Account adoption. Partnering closely with Product Marketing and leveraging modern automation, predictive models, and emerging AI tools, you will lead high-impact campaigns while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will:

• Own and evolve the lifecycle communication strategy within your focus domain to drive user engagement, activation, and long-term retention.
• Collaborate closely with Analytics teams to decode customer behaviour, extract actionable conclusions, and transform insights into effective campaign strategies.
• Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, compelling customer messaging.
• Design and execute targeted initiatives focused on optimising customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and driving Primary Account adoption.
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities, taking full ownership to push strategic initiatives forward across cross-functional teams.
• Champion innovation by integrating AI agents and automated workflow tools to streamline campaign execution and elevate personalization.
• Establish holistic A/B testing frameworks and longitudinal experimentation models to continuously measure LTV impact.
• Serve as a key CRM voice for senior leadership, translating campaign performance into high-level business insights.

What you need to be successful:

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer growth roles.
• Proven track record of developing multi-channel lifecycle strategies that deliver measurable impact on engagement, retention, and LTV.
• High drive and an entrepreneurial spirit, acting as a self-starter who actively spots hidden opportunities and takes initiative to drive them to completion.
• Strong analytical acumen with a proven ability to interpret customer data, digest analytical reports, and make data-backed conclusions.
• Exceptional collaborative skills, with experience partnering alongside Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams.
• Forward-thinking, innovative mindset with an enthusiasm for leveraging modern technology, including AI agents and automated workflow solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency with customer engagement platforms (Braze experience is a strong plus) alongside collaboration tools like Figma and Jira.
• Solid understanding of data privacy rules (GDPR) and regulatory requirements within customer communications.
