Product Designer (f/m/d) - for personalized gifts

We develop our own product configurators that allow our customers to design personalized products themselves. For us, a good product is more than just aesthetically pleasing – it's designed so that people can intuitively, safely, and joyfully personalize it.

Aufgaben

You will be working right at the intersection of design, technology, and user experience:

• You will develop new product concepts together with our product manager, the developers, and one of the founders.
• You will design our products based on technical and UX-related requirements – with plenty of creative freedom.
• You think dynamically and always keep the user journey in mind.
• You will accompany the implementation of our product ideas and work closely with the developers.

Additionally, we offer you the opportunity to deepen your skills in the following areas:

• Conducting qualitative user research (e.g. interviews, user testing)
• Designing and improving customer journeys within our configurators (UX design)
• Developing UI components in Figma

Qualifikation

• You have several years of professional experience in designing and implementing design projects
• You understand technical requirements and enjoy making them central to your design process
• You have a user-centered mindset – you're able to empathize with our customers and place their needs at the forefront of your designs
• You are self-motivated and independently explore new areas of knowledge
• You are experienced in working with dynamic layouts and tools such as AutoLayout & components in Figma
• You have a strong interest in UI design, especially in the further development of existing components
• You have already gained some experience or have a strong interest in the area of user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, testing)
