The Role

We're looking for a hands on Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team and work directly with our Head of Operations. This isn't a typical operations role, you'll ensure our established processes run smoothly, manage global initiatives, and take ownership of projects and tasks that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage global talent pipelines across EMEA, LATAM, Africa, and the Middle East

• Drive candidate and client engagement through targeted email and phone outreach initiatives.

• Take ownership of operational projects that directly impact product development and customer traction

• Optimize existing operational processes to support our scaling business

• Ensure smooth execution of established workflows and procedures

• Collaborate cross functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams

• Analyze operational metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions

• Support business development activities and partnership initiatives

What We're Looking For

Must haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment processes.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience or strong interest in operations, startups, AI, recruiting, or B2B SaaS

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Self starter mentality. You see problems and solve them.

• Berlin-based and able to work 4-5 days per week from our office

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity working with international teams and cross cultural business practices.

• Experience with data analysis and operational metrics.
