Working Student, Editorial - App

We are looking for a Working Student, Editorial - App to join our team in Berlin . This role aims to craft a variety of engaging, conversational, and on-brand fashion news for Highsnobiety’s App, which requires diligence, a good eye, and a thorough understanding of the Zeitgeist. The App Working Student will be completely immersed in fashion, sneakers, and visual culture, and committed to producing forward-thinking content in real-time.

The position plays a key role in shaping Highsnobiety’s tone of voice. It is embedded within the Editorial team and is executed in alignment with our Affiliate and Social Media teams, all of whom work together to serve our audience with the narratives they care about.

YOUR MISSION:

• Make the Highsnobiety App the go-to place for the best content, news, video, articles, and more, creating engaging content and new formats, and shaping it daily

• Take charge of researching and writing short stories daily

• Curate content for the channel

• Support the team in selecting and cropping imagery

• Be responsible for updating and maintaining content using our App CMS

• Assist the App team in daily tasks

YOUR SKILLS:

• A good ability to understand our POV and the fashion landscape for news and angles.

• A thorough understanding and appreciation of Highsnobiety's core topics and content (streetwear, fashion, music, art)

• Picture curation and editing

• Impeccable organizational skills

• Managing CMS tools

• Excellent copywriting in English

• Graphic design skills: Adobe Suite

• Video editing skills: Premiere, CapCut
