Product Manager - Relocation to Cyprus
FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Product Manager in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work® (relocation provided) in one of the following domains: Onboarding & Client Portal, Partnerships, Payments.
Are you a strategic thinker and an experienced Product Manager eager to make an impact in the fast-paced world of fintech and trading?
As a key member of our Product team, you will orchestrate the development, enhancement, and scaling of our trading platforms and services, translating complex market needs into compelling product strategies, roadmaps, and OKRs. You will collaborate across technical, compliance, and business teams to deliver solutions that ensure competitive advantage, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with business goals, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances short-term deliverables and long-term innovations, prioritizing features based on market demand, risk, and technical feasibility
- Set clear OKRs and KPIs for the product teams to track progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform product development and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders—traders, compliance, marketing, and engineering—to gather insights and translate them into well-defined requirements
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept and development to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Work closely with technical teams on technical design, architecture, and integration strategies, ensuring scalable and reliable platform solutions
- Monitor and ensure compliance and risk management aspects are integrated into all product phases
- Define and track metrics, user engagement, revenue impact, and operational efficiency
- Foster an agile environment, championing best practices, continuous delivery, and sprint reviews
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and coordinate feature releases to optimize user experience and business outcomes
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing transparent updates on product progress and strategic shifts
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex digital products, ideally in CFD, Forex, or broader fintech environments
- Strong strategic mindset with experience developing product roadmaps, setting OKRs, and translating business goals into actionable plans
- Deep understanding of trading systems, financial markets, regulatory landscape, and risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an Agile environment, working with technical and non-technical teams to deliver results
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools and metrics tracking
- Fluency in English is essential
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with platforms at scale, high-frequency trading systems, or fintech innovations
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks impacting CFD and Forex trading
- Familiarity with risk management tools and processes
