AI Solutions Consultant / Project Delivery Manager

To meet the growing demand for our AI-enabled solutions, we are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Consultant / Project Delivery Manager (all genders) who will play a key role in bridging customers, sales, and engineering to ensure successful project delivery and customer success.

Your Role in Action:

• Lead technical (and commercial) discussions with global retailers during the sales process to identify and understand specific customer needs and win them over for product test projects. Supporting sales with technical expertise and convincing solution demonstrations as well as contribution to RfP.

• Evaluate customer infrastructure, POS integration requirements, store operations, and compliance aspects to determine pilot readiness.

• Set up and manage customer projects from end-to-end to enable testing and roll-out of our AI products in retail stores.

• Support the customer in designing interfaces and ensuring a seamless shopper experience. Create and document customer requirements as well as the transmission of product feature requests for standardization.

• Define and produce project KPIs and reporting jointly with the customer and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Gather structured feedback from customers and communicate it to the AI and product teams to ensure continuous product improvement.

• Act as the central connector between customers, the sales team, and product/engineering – ensuring project success and business impact.

• Present our product in international trade and technology fairs in New York, Singapore, Paris, London.

• Creation of technical instructions and documentation.

Your Talent and Experience:

• Several years of professional experience in consulting or project management with both technical and commercial components.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement and storytelling; full professional fluency in English and German required.

• Hands-on experience with solution implementation, ideally in an AI-related or retail context.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward efficiently with concrete results.

• Proactive, structured, and highly motivated with a strong “can-do” attitude and curiosity for AI and innovation.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites and/or international fairs.

• Solid IT Knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems, retail IT/network infrastructure, or similar technologies is a strong advantage.
