Operations Specialist

The Local Rides Operations team at Bolt holds the full responsibility for strategy, marketplace health and growth of our Ride-Hailing Business in Germany. To further expand on our success story we are looking for a data-driven and passionate individual with a get-it-done-attitude, helping us to transform the mobility industry in Germany.

<strong> About the role </strong>

As Operations Specialist, you'll be involved in managing our business operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and ultimately taking ownership as a marketplace manager, leading your city. You will have full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyze quantitative & qualitative data from various sources, while defining and executing your city strategy.

<strong> Main tasks and responsibilities: </strong>

• Be the lead of your city by constantly reviewing core metrics, forming bonds with key partners and executing your supply-, demand- and investment strategy
• Creating, optimizing or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the future
• Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention
• Taking over own projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Germany to the next level

<strong> About you: </strong>

• You have 2+ years of experience Operations, Startup or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasks
• You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in German and English
• You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed
• You love to have ownership and are not afraid of managing multi-million € cities
• You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth
