We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager (f/d/m) , who loves a challenge and can’t wait to build out a winning product aligned with our strategy.

YOUR MISSION

• Deliver impact quickly by aiming high, then executing with clarity: shipping elegant, value-driven solutions that elevate both customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Shape the product processes by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to drive stakeholder alignment, velocity, and focus.
• Gather insights from teams and customers, explore ideas through research, and help validate solutions quickly.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Enable internal teams and users with clear, actionable documentation, turning features into results, and scaling climate impact.
• Support the roadmap by keeping the backlog organized, tracking milestones and releases, and coordinating with peers to ensure alignment on priorities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience applying product management practices from discovery through delivery, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech setting. Exposure to working with enterprise customers is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to help design clear solutions and communicate ideas using data and structured thinking.
• Collaborative and approachable, able to build positive working relationships with members from different teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail to help deliver a consistent product experience that meets business, technical, and legal requirements.
• Fluency in English is required.
• A valid working permit in Germany.

The recruitment process entails the following:

1. An intro call with the People Team.
2. A call with our CPO, Hannes (approx. 30 min).
3. A technical deep dive with Hannes (approx. 1 hour).
4. A deep-dive case study with our CPO, one Product Manager, one Engineer, and one additional stakeholder.
