INTERN - PERFORMANCE MARKETING ANALYST (AMAZON)

About the role:

We're looking for hands-on, curious, and ambitious canditates to work directly with one of Flummox's founders founder to shape and scale our SEO & PPC department. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder on improving and managing a fast-growing SEO function across multiple e-commerce brands. You'll be involved in refining processes, supporting campaign operations, conducting SEO research & tracking, and helping identify new growth opportunities.

You’ll play a hands-on role in optimizing existing PPC campaigns, tracking product and ad performance, and contributing to strategic improvements that drive sales and efficiency.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing. With time, there is a clear path to grow into a decision-making role within the company.

Tasks

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the founder to design and improve SEO & PPC processes and department structure
• Assist with keyword research, campaign support, and ad optimization across Amazon and other platforms
• Support operational tasks such as product tracking, competitor research, and ad performance analysis
• Help identify new advertising opportunities and cost-efficient growth strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align PPC efforts with brand goals
• Document and help build SOPs to ensure scalability and consistency
• Learn, test, and implement best practices in PPC and marketplace growth

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Strong interest in Performance Marketing, particularly SEO
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-starter who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English; German or another EU language is a plus
• Affinity with digital tools, marketplaces, and marketing is highly desirable
