Job Description: Restaurant Listing Team Lead

Location: Germany

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our local Restaurant Listing Team in Germany. This is a high-responsibility role that involves leading a team, managing the end-to-end menu creation process, and driving projects to ensure our merchants have the best possible digital storefront on the Wolt platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and motivate the local Restaurant Listing team, organizing workflows to ensure team members are well-supported and high-performing.
  • Menu Operations: Oversee the end-to-end menu creation and editing process, ensuring fast, SLA-driven merchant onboarding while maintaining Wolt’s high aesthetic and data accuracy standards.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization : Drive the metrics connected with the team effort and merchant engagement increase by working cross-functionally to optimize how content performs on the platform.
  • Compliance: Act as the "Compliance Hero" for the market, ensuring all listings on the platform strictly adhere to EU LMIV standards while maintaining high compliance metrics across the board.
  • Process Improvement: Drive and own new projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality within the menu management and onboarding lifecycle (e.g., implementing automations or smarter feedback loops).
  • Cross-functional cooperation: Work closely with the Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Vendor Management, and Product teams to ensure the best possible offering is presented on the platform.

  • Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing high-volume queues and meeting strict SLAs without compromising quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track team KPIs, onboarding metrics, and conversion data to drive performance.
  • Cross-functional Excellence : Ability to work cross-functionally and influence other stakeholders effectively to align on business goals.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Find creative and scalable ways to solve complex menu structures or compliance hurdles.

 

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in operations management, content management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with an obsession for detail.
  • Deep knowledge of food information regulations (e.g., EU LMIV standards).
  • Strong interest in digital aesthetics and user experience regarding menu presentation.
  • Ability to drive projects and implement automations (e.g., on Monday.com boards) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools to monitor performance and extract actionable insights.
