We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Lead (f/d/m) . You will lead CEEZER’s marketing and communications end to end, defining our narrative and building an unmistakably enterprise-grade brand. Partnering with leadership, Sales, Business Development, and Product, you’ll amplify our voice among senior decision-makers at multinational enterprises and make CEEZER their definitive choice.

Your mission

• Set the vision and strategy. Architect CEEZER's global marketing strategy end to end, owning the roadmap that turns our market position into measurable commercial growth. In close partnership with Sales and Business Development, you'll build demand among decision-makers at leading multinationals and directly shape topline results.

• Define the category conversation. Lead high-impact PR and thought leadership that brings clarity to complex, fast-moving markets. You'll establish CEEZER and its leaders as the authoritative voice at the center of global climate action.

• Own the stage. Build a flagship event strategy that puts CEEZER in the rooms, and on the stages, that matter most, with compelling content that inspires and wins over procurement and sustainability leaders.

• Turn sophistication into advantage. Partner with Product and Commercial teams to translate our technology and data capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that resonate at board level.

• Build a marketing function for the AI era. Design, hire, and lead a lean, high-performing team that uses AI and modern tooling to deliver outsized output and measurable business impact. This is your chance to build a model for what modern enterprise marketing looks like.

• Raise the bar on every touchpoint. Ensure every sales deck, digital channel, and message reflects the polish, precision, and credibility expected by €1B+ revenue organizations.

What you need to succeed

• 6–7 years of enterprise marketing or brand strategy experience, with a proven track record of translating complexity into clarity for enterprise buyers.

• Deep experience across Content, PR, Events, and Product Marketing, with a direct focus on generating pipeline, sourcing MQLs, and improving enterprise conversion rates.

• Demonstrated success driving top-of-funnel lead generation and boosting conversion rates by creating targeted content that resonates with ESG, procurement, and executive stakeholders at multinational companies.

• Experience managing and empowering marketing talent to produce high-quality, high-impact work with a small, efficient headcount.

• German fluency (spoken and written) is a strong plus.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot to build, execute, and measure marketing campaigns is also a bonus.
