Strategic Partnerships Manager

👩‍🎨 Your mission

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new strategic and innovation partners (e.g. AI platform partners for clinical and operational excellence in outpatient care)
• Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from scouting, due diligence and negotiation to contracting, delivery and scaling
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Tech, Product, Data, Commercial, and Legal to align on partner goals and implementation
• Drive joint initiatives and special projects (e.g. platform integration, co-developed features, pilots)
• Develop frameworks for partnership success: KPIs, value tracking, and continuous improvement
• Manage partner communications and stakeholder expectations internally and externally
• Monitor partner performance and ensure delivery meets business, medical, and operational excellence targets
• Identify new monetisation opportunities through partnerships or special collaborations
• Stay updated on market trends in healthtech, AI, pharma and platform innovation

🧑‍🎤 Your profile

• 4+ years experience in partnerships, preferably in an innovation or technology-focused role
• Experience in healthtech, digital health, life sciences, or tech startups/scale-ups is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, SaaS, and AI-driven services
• Proven experience managing external partnerships and internal stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to translate technical or operational concepts into business impact
• Structured thinking, self-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Comfortable working with legal, data protection, and regulatory requirements in a healthcare setting
• Fluent in English and German
