Affiliate Writer (all genders)

As an Affiliate Writer , you will help drive Highsnobiety’s affiliate and traffic performance through sharp, culturally fluent shopping content tailored to our audience. Working within the Affiliate team, you’ll produce fast, accurate, and on-brand affiliate-led stories that convert, while still bringing Highsnobiety’s editorial POV to every piece.

You will work closely with the Affiliate Manager and broader affiliate team, taking direction on priority brands and commercial focus areas while maintaining the creativity and taste level expected from Highsnobiety. You’ll also align with the wider editorial team when needed to ensure your content fits into the broader content ecosystem and maintains consistency in voice, standards, and cultural relevance.

You bring deep knowledge of fashion, footwear, and relevant product categories and you can translate that expertise into compelling, SEO-smart, high-performing affiliate articles. You are comfortable working at speed, open to new tools (including AI), and focused on delivering daily output at a high standard.

YOUR MISSION:

• Write and publish around 3 affiliate / traffic-driving articles per day, based on affiliate team priorities and brand guidance

• Use direction from the affiliate team on which brands and categories to focus on, while still proposing strong, relevant story angles and product-led topics

• Ensure every article is aligned with Highsnobiety’s tone of voice, brand standards, and quality checks

• Create content that balances performance goals (affiliate & traffic) with genuine taste, cultural fluency, and usefulness to readers

• Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Manager and affiliate stakeholders on targets, optimizations, and content planning

• Occasionally align with the wider editorial team to stay consistent with larger coverage priorities and editorial direction

• Stay up to date with fashion, footwear (sneakers), and product trends relevant to Highsnobiety readers, with a constant eye on what’s resonating now

• Be open to using AI tools responsibly to support your workflow (ideation, research support, structure, optimization), while maintaining accuracy, originality, and editorial judgment
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum 2 years writing for a digital publication (marketing/affiliate experience is a plus)

• Proven ability to pitch, research, and write high-quality product-led stories quickly and accurately

• Strong understanding of affiliate content best practices and what drives traffic and conversions

• Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals (search intent, structure, headlines, optimization) and willingness to learn GEO

• In-depth knowledge of fashion and products relevant to Highsnobiety’s audience, plus strong taste level

• Strong organization and time management - comfortable producing at a high daily output

• Self-starter mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to improving performance over time

• Calm and efficient under pressure, with high attention to detail
