Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR)
About the Role
Join the growth team at an early-stage AI voice software company as its founding Sales Development Representative. You will generate and manage pipeline, help establish repeatable sales processes, and have the opportunity to progress into full-cycle deal ownership.
What You'll Do
Identify prospective customers and generate qualified pipeline through targeted outreach.
Contact prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn, and build relationships with potential customers.
Manage sales pipeline and keep CRM records and tools up to date.
Help develop the go-to-market motion, sales playbook, and repeatable outreach strategies.
Progress toward owning and closing deals end to end based on performance.
Contribute to growing the sales team and refining its processes.
What We're Looking For
Direct sales experience in a startup or another fast-moving environment, with a consistent record of exceeding targets or KPIs.
Ability and willingness to conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn, and manage CRM pipeline.
Strong business sense and the ability to understand different companies' needs.
Fluent or near-native German proficiency and professional English proficiency at B2 to C1 level.
A hands-on, collaborative approach and comfort with customer-facing work.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €75,000 to €85,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
