The Converge Sales Team is hiring a Senior Account Manager with a proven background in non‑franchised electronic component distribution. This is a fully sales‑driven, target‑oriented role designed for professionals who understand the realities of the independent electronics market — including spot buying, allocation shortages, end‑of‑life components, and fast‑moving demand.

This position requires hands‑on experience within independent distribution.

You will be responsible for acquiring new business, reactivating underpenetrated or neglected accounts, and growing strategic customer relationships across the DACH region. You will act as a trusted commercial partner to customers who rely on alternative sourcing strategies and market intelligence.

The position can be based anywhere across Germany ( DACH ).

• Monitor market dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and availability in the global component market.

• Represent Converge at industry events and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.

• Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers.

• Prospecting and presentation skills.

• Technical knowledge of the electronic components industry.

• Excellent command of German and fluency in English.
