Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of six specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continuous profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. In our agile, cross-functional team, you’ll take on a key role as a (Senior) Product Designer (gn) , ensuring that our software delivers real value and is easy for users to navigate. Together with the team, you’ll passionately help shape the future of user-centered product design. You understand how crucial a great user experience is and you know exactly how to identify the pain points that matter most to users? Then we look forward to receiving your application!

• You drive our transformation into a user-centered company and ensure that our users have the simplest and most intuitive experience possible throughout their journey with our service
• As part of end-to-end design, you create a seamless user experience that delights our users and contributes to the success of our company
• You break down complex, multifaceted problems into simple, effective solutions and guide them from concept to completion. Your problem-solving skills will be key to driving innovation
• You ensure a consistent, user-friendly design across all touchpoints through our design system. In doing so, you work closely with our frontend developers and product design team
• You actively engage and communicate with our cross-functional teams and management to tackle complex user flows and commercial projects

Your profile

• You have several years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or in a similar role
• You’re well-versed in user-centered design principles and methods, and you’re proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma or similar
• You bring solid professional experience in creating and maintaining design systems
• You have strong communication and facilitation skills
• You’re fluent in both English (C1) and German (C1)
