Accountant (gn) - Accounts Payable & Receivable

Your mission

Do you have experience managing accounts payable and receivable? Do you enjoy reviewing invoices, managing open items, and keeping a clear overview of current account balances? Then you’re exactly who we’re looking for! We’re excited to welcome you to our team – either on-site in Uslar or remotely. Our accounting team is growing, just like our entire company group. With our expansion come new locations and international teams – and we need you to help us move forward. In this role, you won’t just be joining an existing team, but actively contributing to the optimization and development of our processes. Your input will be key in taking our Bikeleasing service to the next level.

• You independently prepare payment runs
• You review, allocate, and post incoming invoices
• You maintain accounts payable/receivable and are responsible for resolving open items
• You manage and process accounting transactions in DATEV and SAP
• You act as a point of contact for all questions related to accounts payable and receivable and handle correspondence with suppliers and customers

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a similar qualification.
• Ideally, you already have experience with IFRS accounting standards
• You’re confident using common MS Office programs
• You have a strong affinity for numbers, and your work is detailed and precise
• Your strong interest in accounting and finance helps drive both your personal growth and the success of the Bikeleasing Group
• You speak at least business-fluent German (C1) and have conversational English skills
