Junior Business Intelligence Analyst (f/m/x)

Job Description

• Work closely with the Heat Pump division stakeholders to design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and ensure the best-in-class reporting infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain automated Reporting for different business units to provide visibility and performance tracking across segments.
• Develop deep knowledge of customer journey processes and use it to empower the business stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel and achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics or similar roles. 
• Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments. 
• Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and communicate. technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in automating data pipelines. 
• Exposure to Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas).
• Our BI stack includes Snowflake, Streamlit, PowerBI and dbt. Familiarity with the two latter ones is desired. 
• Ideally knowledge in SQL and ETL processes.
