Business Analyst Experience Platforms

Your responsibilities are:

• Define and communicate the vision, goals, and global roadmap for the digital capabilities, including alignment with business needs and overall user experience
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, prioritize features, and ensure both business and technical needs are met
• Steer, decide, approve, manage and release value-driven changes on the platforms with our vendor teams
• Support organizational change management by providing clear communication, tool training support, and documentation
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure high availability, security, and IT compliance
• Look after the contract and service delivery of our implementation partners and steer the effort of the Team

What you have to offer:

• Academic degree in business information science, computer science or similar
• Minimum of 5 years work experience within business and/or IT roles in Tech, Pharma, Digital Agency or Consultancy services
• Proven track record as Digital/Technical Product Owner for digital experience management systems/platform (Adobe or similar)
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products (especially Experience Manager)as well as of Event Solutions such as SpotMe
• Knowledge of digital marketing asset creation and life cycle management processes in pharmaceutical Industry and Design Systems and Content Delivery Networks is a plus
• Strong value driven, service and end-consumer oriented mindset
• Distinctive executional skills (get-things-done), pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
• Solid analytical and organizational skills as well as cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills with operational/hands-on ability
• Good technical understanding with the ability to quickly grasp even complex technical contexts
• Strong communication skills with ability to understand business needs and simplify technical complex topics for various stakeholders
• Fluency in English
