Senior Product Manager, Strategic Projects & Delivery

SpiNNcloud is building a new class of computing systems for AI and HPC workloads. We are looking for a product-minded operator who can help turn complex technology, customer needs, and internal priorities into clear plans, shipped outcomes, and stronger product ownership over time.

This is a hybrid role for someone who thinks like a Product Manager, but is also comfortable driving execution across teams.

In the first phase, the role will include a meaningful amount of project and delivery management across customer-facing commitments, internal strategic initiatives, and funded programs. Over time, as our operating cadence and team structure mature, we expect the role to become increasingly product-led, with stronger ownership of product discovery, roadmap definition, requirements, positioning, and customer feedback loops.

What you will do

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Sales, and Leadership to move high-priority initiatives from idea to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating customer, market, and internal priorities into clear product requirements, milestones, and delivery plans

• Coordinating cross-functional execution across engineering, research, product, and commercial teams

• Driving delivery of strategic customer projects, grant-funded programs, and internal product initiatives

• Creating structure where things are ambiguous, including timelines, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-ups

• Working with technical teams to clarify scope, trade-offs, sequencing, and feasibility

• Supporting roadmap planning by turning customer and project learnings into product insights

• Improving product and project processes as the company scales

• Communicating progress clearly to internal stakeholders and, where needed, external customers or partners

• Building the bridge between today’s delivery commitments and tomorrow’s scalable product organization

What success looks like

In the first 6 to 12 months, you will help bring more structure, clarity, and execution rhythm to important company initiatives. You will make sure complex technical projects move forward, stakeholders are aligned, and risks are surfaced early.

Over time, you will increasingly help shape product direction by identifying repeated customer needs, turning project work into reusable product patterns, and contributing to roadmap and go-to-market decisions.

Who you are

You are a product person who does not mind getting your hands dirty.

You are comfortable working in an early-stage deep-tech environment where the product is complex, the market is evolving, and not everything is neatly defined yet. You enjoy both the strategic side of product management and the practical work of making things happen.You likely have:

• Experience in product management, technical product management, program management, or a similar cross-functional role

• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable plans

• Experience working with engineering, research, or technical teams

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Good judgment on priorities, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies

• Comfort working with customers, partners, and internal leadership

• A bias for execution, but with a product mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud infrastructure, semiconductors, deep tech, or developer platforms

• Experience with customer-facing technical projects

• Experience with EU-funded or grant-funded projects

• Familiarity with hardware/software systems, research-to-product transitions, or enterprise infrastructure markets

This role is a good fit if

You want to grow into a stronger product leadership role, but you also understand that in an early-stage company, product work often starts by creating clarity, driving execution, and helping the organization learn from real customers and real deployments.

This is not a pure project coordination role. It is a product role with meaningful delivery responsibility in the beginning, designed to evolve toward deeper product ownership over time.
