The Job

Our client is seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our international team in Germany. This position begins as a Market Research Intern for three months or more, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as an Assistant Research Analyst & Research Coordinator based on performance. The workload distribution will adjust weekly based on project needs, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

As an intern, you will be responsible to learn and contribute to all phases of the quantitative and qualitative research process, including:

• Study design, questionnaire development, participant recruitment, and data analysis.
• Quality control for survey programming logic, data tables, and final reports.

You will also support senior analysts and coordinators on a variety of client projects and also assist in communication between German and global team members and clients.

The Profile

•  You hold a Bachelor's or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, market research, sociology, psychology, or anthropology. Prior experience in market research or related roles would be ideal.
• You are passionate about gaming, or you are an avid gamer who would love to build your career in this industry.
• Experience with German and international gaming communities would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and German at C2 level or native proficienc y (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with German and international team members and clients..
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• You have hands-on experience working with Excel and PowerPoint, and Familiarity with SPSS is a plus.
• You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
• You thrive in remote, distributed work environments and work with a strong sense of ownership.
