Senior Full-Stack Engineer -HealthTech

👩‍🎨 What you will do

• Build and evolve reliable, performant, and scalable web applications that power key user experiences

• Turn product and design ideas into high-quality, responsive, and interactive interfaces using modern web technologies

• Design and implement APIs, services, and functions in a cloud-native, serverless environment

• Contribute to shaping architecture and engineering practices that improve performance, stability, and developer experience

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features with a strong sense of ownership

• Troubleshoot issues, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine systems for efficiency and maintainability

• Mentor peers, share knowledge, and help elevate technical quality across the team

🧑‍🎤 Who you are

• Minimum 5 years of experience within engineering

• Based in the Berlin area and open to hybrid work, with occasional in-person collaboration

• Experienced as a full-stack engineer working with TypeScript, React, AWS, and serverless architectures

• Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization , and scalable architecture

• Confident in building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs

• Comfortable navigating across multiple domains — frontend, backend, infrastructure — with curiosity and adaptability

• Familiar with modern database systems (NoSQL like DynamoDB, SQL like PostgreSQL, and caching layers like Redis)

• Passionate about simplicity, clean abstractions, and creating a great developer experience

• Pragmatic, collaborative, and motivated by solving real problems rather than chasing buzzwords
