Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - SEA Focus with E-Commerce Background

SEA is your home turf, you understand the dynamics of e-commerce, and you're ready to grow further? Then we’d love to get to know you! We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to take over and further develop our SEA channels together with us.

In this role, you’ll be taking over the SEA responsibilities from our current Performance Marketing Manager – working closely with them during the transition phase. You’ll manage our Google and Bing campaigns and actively bring your own ideas to the table. Additionally, we’ll give you the opportunity to learn and grow into Meta Ads , eventually co-owning that channel as well.

Aufgaben

• Develop smart and effective SEA strategies focused on Google (especially PMax, Shopping and Search)
• Independently set up, manage, and continuously optimize performance campaigns
• Own the channel budget and take responsibility for planning, controlling, and reporting
• Monitor key KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Bring in your own ideas, keep an eye on trends, and test innovative approaches
• Think beyond your channel: you want to understand and help shape the entire marketing funnel, from creatives and landing pages to customer journeys

Qualifikation

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on SEA, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads (especially PMax, Shopping, and Search); experience with Meta Ads is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, high level of numerical literacy, and a good instinct for content and target audiences
• Self-driven and proactive, a true team player with a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); German, French, Dutch or Italian are a plus
