CYBEX is looking for a Store Manager for our new Flagship Store in Berlin . Purpose of the role is to lead and manage our Store team to deliver an excellent experience to our consumers through our retail environment with the goal of increasing consumer satisfaction, brand engagement and conversion during the whole consumer journey. You will work in an international working environment with a global scope.

Your seat to fill:

• Lead the team in delivering premium brand experience for our newly opened store
• Actively monitor consumer satisfaction, drive excellence and continuous improvement in consumer service
• Take ownership and allocate resources to drive profitability and meet or exceed sales targets
• Set goals & motivate employees to maximize their potential, providing training, coaching and professional development of your store team
• Identify exceptional candidates, for both current and future staffing needs and ensure a proper onboarding
• Ensure compliance with Cybex policies and procedures, comply with store policies and procedures, security standards to maintain a safe shopping and working environment
• Manage and control costs and overheads, all factors and KPI’s affecting the profitability of the store
• Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance
• Manage the retail store’s merchandise & inventory
• Maintain a premium easy-to-shop environment for consumers by consistently executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Lead and maintain operational & administrative excellence
• Actively collaborates and shares best practices to drive offline retail performance

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Several years sales & people management experience in luxury, premium high end retail or juvenile industry
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
• Proactive attitude with an interest in design & fashion
• Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & affinity in the usage of POS systems
• Inspirational, passionate, energetic and positive attitude
• Flexibility, adaptability, hands-on mentality
